Can I return an entire order?
Yes. You have the right to return any purchase within 14 days from the date the product was delivered, in accordance with the provisions of Article 4, in conjunction with Article 2, subparagraph (c), of Decree-Law No. 70/2007 of March 26, as amended and republished by Decree-Law No. 109/2019 of August 14.

The product must be complete, with all its components, accessories, and original packaging in good condition. The item must not show any signs of use.
There are some situations in which returns are not accepted, such as:
– If you have opened a sealed package, damaged the product, or do not have the item’s original box;
– Food products, for health and safety reasons;
– If the purchased goods were manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or customized;
– If the goods are likely to expire quickly;
Products purchased at “Loja do Bairro” must be returned directly to the producer from whom you purchased the product, not to City Hall.
