>Paula's Mini-Market has been part of Fornos de Algodres' history since April 25th, having been founded and run by Mr. Matos' in-laws.
Later, he took over the management of the store and in 2013 Mrs. Paula, who was already an employee of the store, decided to take over the space with a decades-long tradition.
