Fumeiro D'Amaral, founded by Fernanda Amaral on July 4, 2014, in Fornos de Algodres, reflects a long family tradition in the production of handmade sausages.

The passion for genuine flavors began with her grandmother Estamarinda, was perfected by her mother, Maria Augusta, and took on a new life with Fernanda, who decided to preserve this legacy after her mother was no longer able to dedicate herself to production.

The Artisan Production Unit, created by Fernanda, combines the knowledge of three generations with a commitment to keeping alive the memories and flavors that recall the warmth of her grandparents' home.

From the beginning, Fernanda had the support of her children, Joana and João. In 2019, João officially joined the business, marking the entry of the fourth generation into this story of dedication and love for traditional flavors.

Without ever abandoning the artisanal method or the essence of "old-fashioned" techniques, we have grown and evolved, preserving tradition while embracing innovation. Always open to new challenges, we have managed to combine the best of both worlds, creating products that reflect both authenticity and creativity.
